About Nadia

Putting Yourself First

Most of the women who come to work with me are used to taking care of everyone else first.

They are managing careers, families and responsibilities.

But somewhere along the way their own health has quietly slipped further down the list.

My Experience

Before becoming a coach, I worked in television production while raising two young children.

The hours were long and demanding, and like many women I often found that my own health became something I meant to return to “when things calmed down”.

Of course, life rarely does calm down.

Over time I began noticing the same pattern in many of the women around me.

Women who were capable, intelligent and successful in many areas of their lives – but who felt frustrated that their health seemed harder to manage than it once did.

When I began working as a trainer, that observation became even clearer.

Women didn’t need more pressure.

They needed clarity, structure and support that actually fit into their lives.

My Approach

My coaching combines three key elements that support lasting change:

Strength Training

Structured training to rebuild muscle, improve physical capability and help women feel strong in their bodies again.

Balanced Nutrition

Simple, practical nutrition guidance focused on real food and sustainable habits.

Behaviour Change

Gradual habit building so healthy routines around training, food, sleep and lifestyle become part of everyday life.

The goal is not perfection, but consistency that supports long-term wellbeing.

What I Want For My Clients

When a woman finishes working with me, I want her to feel stronger, more energised and confident in managing her own health.

Most importantly, I want her to rediscover her strength and confidence.

Taking care of your health should feel like a commitment you choose to make because it supports the life you want to live.
