The program is designed for women aged 35–60 who want to rebuild strength, energy, and confidence, develop consistent healthy habits, and prioritize long-term wellbeing without extreme diets or quick fixes.

Not at all. The program is structured to suit all fitness levels, whether you’re returning to exercise or already active. Progress is gradual and personalised to your needs.

You’ll receive access to your training plan, coaching platform, demonstration videos, fortnightly group calls, optional check-ins, and a private community to keep you motivated and accountable.

Every woman’s journey is unique, but most clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and confidence within the first few weeks. The focus is on sustainable, long-term change rather than instant results.

Yes! Workouts are designed to be flexible and can be done at home or in the gym. All instructions and demonstration videos are accessible through the coaching platform.
