Strength

Strength training supports muscle, bone health, metabolism and overall physical capability.

Training is progressive and structured so women can safely build strength over time.

Nutrition

Nutrition focuses on building balanced meals using real food.

Clients learn how to increase protein, reduce ultra-processed foods and develop sustainable eating habits.

Behaviour

Healthy habits are built gradually through consistent routines around training, food, sleep and lifestyle.

The goal is not perfection.
