Before becoming a coach, I worked in television production while raising two young children.
The hours were long and demanding, and like many women I often found that my own health became something I meant to return to “when things calmed down”.
Of course, life rarely does calm down.
Over time I began noticing the same pattern in many of the women around me.
Women who were capable, intelligent and successful in many areas of their lives – but who felt frustrated that their health seemed harder to manage than it once did.
When I began working as a trainer, that observation became even clearer.
Women didn’t need more pressure.
They needed clarity, structure and support that actually fit into their lives.
